PROCEDURE FOR ADDRESSING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SUN CITY ANTHEM MEN'S GOLF CLUB

Purpose
Any Member of the Sun City Anthem Men's Golf Club may address the Board of Directors (Board) at any scheduled meetings of the Board or if required, at a Special Meeting of the Board called for the purpose of hearing a request of a Member to address the Board.

Procedure
1)        The member shall submit in writing the subject that the member wishes to discuss with the Board.
2)        The member shall be notified by the Board when to appear before the Board to discuss the subject.
3)        The Board shall take up the Member's request to be heard prior to any other business on the Board's agenda.
4)        The Board shall hear the Member's request without interruption. At the conclusion of the subject to be discussed, the Board members shall ask questions of the Member if required to expand on the issue or to understand the relevance of the issue as it relates to the Sun City Anthem Men's Golf Club.
5)        The Member will then be asked to leave the Board meeting to allow the Board to discuss the issue presented to the Board.

Conclusion

1)        The Board will discuss the Member's subject and reach an informed conclusion.
2)        Should the Board decide that additional information is required, it will request same from the Member.
3)        The Member if required shall supply additional information to the Board as requested.
4)        The Board shall discuss the issue and reach a conclusion.
5)        The Member shall be notified as to the Board's decision in writing.
6)        The  Member may wish to appeal the Board's decision and the Member will then revert back to the steps outlined in "Procedure"
7)        All decisions by the Board are final even after the "appeal" process.
